Simon who owns Sitech had a turbo'd ST170 engine in his S2 at one point, but it was written off at Knockhill recently.
He has done a lot of great work and various engines to mk3 Escorts belonging to Ade(Fast Ford photographer) off here. Maybe worth a pm.
