Unfortunatley not. The actual roll bar, and mounts are only Ford parts, unless you can find a Turbo Technics set up, but these are even rarer again. Only MEF Motorsport used to make aftermarket, rosejointed tie bars but not the full assembley. Besides the have stopped making MK3/4 Escort parts as the interest is so low. Jano @ Oddkiddcreations makes heavy duty tie bars though. He usually does have ARB's in stock as well. He recently had a mint full, RS1600i set up, for £200, which is less than I paid for mine!
