Very impressive shape there Richie. Totally know and agree with what you mean about being lighter the older you get.

I've always been on heavy weights but no cardio which in time is very important as the older you get you need to ensure that your most important muscle (your heart) gets enough exercise aswell. I am into a cardio phase now combined with alot of tennis which makes me run around alot in the open outdoors + take the bike to Hyde park on Sundays. One thing that I've learnt is that when trimming and getting rid of excess fat you HAVE to keep your protein extra high as you do lose a considerable about of muscle at the same time.
