Sorry to hear this, can only agree with previous comments, it does get easier.
I used to be a right slag/stud in my younger days, even when going out with girls knew it wouldn't last, as I was always seeing a few at the same time.
I would say take the time for YOU, to do what you want, don't go out looking for them, as they pop up when you least expect it, and the button clicks between you both.
