How is this 'equality for all'?

Yet nurses are sacked for wearing crusifixes. This is all wrong!!!

I am all for diversity, it makes things interesting... but if a job requires a certain uniform / protective wear, and ya can't or won't wear the required items, ya shouldn't be doing the job!
I would say let him wear his turban for riot training / riot duty, but he would probably sue again if he got hit in the head with something and didn't have the protection of a helmet.

Let him get a job as a miner and see if he gets compo for refusing to replace his turban with a helmet.

This country is CAUSING segregation by allowing groups of people (almost any collective, not just black, asian, gay, etc) to get away with doing and saying whatever they want and rewarding them for crying about 'discrimination'. Integration should be what this country is about. Mixing peoples and communities to engender knowledge and respect for each others way of life, religions etc.

Emigrating at the first opportunity...
