Been twice now, both times for NYE, went last NYE, it was minus 12oc, bloody cold! I didn't stay in Manhatten as it was stupidly expensive. I stayed in a Holiday Inn booked through Expedia in Elmhurst which was roughly a 20 min tube ride, well worth the saving tho! saved about £1,000 for 6 days! make sure u take alot of warm clothes as the wind chill is shocking!
