You cant just claim them. you can apply for the logbook. but doesnt mean you own the vehicle. You have to have made every effort to track down the owner etc.. been trying to do the same with a mk2 escort van i have found. The last thing you would wanna do if fix it all up, then the owner to come and claim it back
