t3 turbo would be a good move, the little T2's don't like much boost.
then a chip and remap, bigger intercooler, good for decent power then.
cam it and you'll get even more power.
i'd firstly suggest getting a health check on it, MSD is on your door, give them a shout, or mk1lewis as he's in your hood too.
