Yes this is a known problem, yes there is a cure, but it costs money, about 20 pence in fact, you need to remove the adjuster wheels, then place a thick rubber o ring between the adjuster and the seat mech, the added friction this gives stops the problem.
There are other ways, but I found this easiest/quickest/cheapest.
