Default hi...can anyone help?

Hi all....im new to the forum and also new to rs turbo's. i bought mine off of a mate a few months ago. just a few questions as ive never seen this on a rs turbo before...

firstly, there is a bleeder valve fitted with the 2 sides of the 'T' going from the dump valve to the inlet manifold and the hose at the bottom of the valve going to the bottom of the airbox area? if im correct this isnt for boost pressure as a bleeder valve to adjust boost is fitted inbetween the pipe coming off the actuator to the turbo and the third one going to the bottom of the airbox. Anyone know what its for?

secondly where the pipe from the dump valve meets the inlet manifold there is another pipe on a T piece that goes off somewhere (havnt had a proper look where to) does anyone know what this is for? i thought the vacuum pipe coming off the dump valve just goes straight into the manifold with nothing coming off it?

im fitting a new bleeder valve and dump valve in the next few days then sending my car to torque of the devil to get it set up properly so was just wondering what i need to change etc if any of this has been fitted incorrectly or whatever.

sorry for the long post lol thanks for your help
