Fitting is quite simple, I never bother with torque settings, just don't go mental on the spanner etc.
After fitted run engine up to temp, with the cap ON, then switch off, and leave about 30 minutes, as it cools it will form pressure in the ex tank that will draw out any trapped air, make sure the uppermost hose/bleed hose is nice and clear.

really? i always thought the rs turbo self bled with the cap off? its how i've always done it

run it upto temp with the cap off till at least the fan kicks in?
