My handbrake light was on all the time too, i took the bulb out

you could try the connection. if you take off the handbrake surround (if you have one) you can peel the carpet back just enough to see if the clip is on the spade connector. that'd be your first port of call anyway. it seems no matter what i did with mine i couldn't get the light to go out!

second is your ABS light. i have no experience of this as mine is an orion turbo conversion and never had ABS. if it has been removed, take the bulb out, if it hasn't then get it checked!
