u ring up, and the receptionist says she will put u thru, it rings out, then she says theres nobody available to take the call, so if your local its best to pop in etc. then u drive down, and they dont even have a parts desk!

the 1 in birmingham centre isnt much better, they do have a parts desk, but he got angry because my car is a 1 off prototype that ford never put into full production, because its an MFI RS Turbo
