I can confirm that recently, an error in the blending of the ingredients used in some of our chocolate, has affected the taste of the finished product.
Appropriate action was taken immediately to rectify the problem and to avoid this happening again. However, affected products may still be available in the market place, which, unfortunately, we cannot control.
As a company we have endeavoured to achieve a reputation that we can be proud of so we are sorry that on this occasion you have had cause to be dissatisfied. Every precaution is taken in the design and manufacture of all our products to ensure they are the best available.
