-12 is fucking huge mate, -10 is big enough for tank to lift, and lift to swirl pot.
-8 is big enough for pot to main pump(-10 wuld maybe look better,lol).
-8 is big enough for main pump to rail.
-6 for the return.

You can obvioulsy go bigger anywhere but it'll cost considerably more.
