the way around not takeing paypal is to state in the add that if you pay via paypal then you will be charged all fees (ie 60 pound on top) if you pay cash its the price you win it for
as for knocking ebays fee's, just change your address and phone number in your account, thay go chaceing that address, just do it a few weeks befor you knock them
Chip is unfortanely correct. Sellers are not allow to surcharge buyers for using Paypal, simply because it puts buyers off using it. As eBay owns Paypal they obviously do not want that to be the case.
Also, I'd strongly advise against changing your address and telephone number (I assume you mean to false ones), eBay keep records for around three years so they will know the previous information you had with them, the times and dates you changed the information and the IP address information was changed from.
Further more by changing the information you will be commiting a criminal act, in this case fraud by false representation. Have a look at the 2006 Fraud Act (2) and you'll see what I mean.
Not really worth the bother to be honest, the easiest solution is to simply stop using eBay as a seller.

Just ignore them, they will go away eventually although it may take some time. Their contract is pretty much virtually unenforceable.
