well there you go.. thats rather unfortunate.. I only sell to people in this country.. one reason being if they did something like that to me for that sort of amount i'd be knocking on there door with a hammer in my hand. bit expensive going over to italy to do it... mind you did you not have postage insurance on it.. couldn't you claim via that to get your money
