I don't know you know, at the end of the day if its in writing in the auction what can they do. they are my seller demands. if they don't want to go by my rules then don't bid or suspend my ebay account.. Ebay has got to big for its boots, and sooner or later someone is going to take them to court over this reimbursement method. I think it should be down to a small claims court to decide who should be reimbursed, if the seller thinks something dodgy going on then he or she should have the right to refuse the reimbursement. ebay are not judge and jury. trouble is, i'd love to say sod ya then and end my account but where else can you auction things off to the whole world.
