i got an MSIIv3.0 unit with wasted spark so no need for edis, which is better for contolling spark.
you need a loom to connect to ecu and you cut the loom in car and connect the harness to the ecu loom (remembering the ecu earths the injectors, isvc and coil and is the signal from sensors which need earthing)
nothing more needed really, apart from a wideband afr setup to make mapping possible and a laptop to run datalogs to map it for power and smoothness.
i'm pretty confident i could have a bash at most applications after i ballsed up on mine a few times and know the errors of my ways.
