Guys..
1st of all the spec is Cossie Four pots front & Cossie rears.
Now for the symptoms:- Bleed brakes while engine not running get a peddle almost 3/4's of the way up. Start engine peddle completely goes, pump up the peddle and the brakes come back but only 1/4 peddle (hence why i've change the Servo (Once) and the Master cylinder (TWICE).... The brakes work(ish) wouldnt want to drive it like it and def wouldnt pass a MOT.. Went up garage last nite and pumped the peddle almost got a full peddle(engine not running, thinking of taking it for a spin round block 2nite to see what happens) but has a very strange squeak/hiss noise when fully under pressure but still no fluid leaking anywhere????
clamp all the flexi's and see if the pedal goes good,
Also are the rear calipers mounted in such a way that all the bleed nipples are at the highest point ensuring the air comes out when bleeding them
Also can the front 4 pots be fited on the wrong side so that the bleed nipples are at the bottom, this would give you a big airlock inside the caliper
