I used to mirror my NCB from the policy that had the most number of years onto the other policy as long as both cars were insured through them.There was no stipulation that one of them had to be a weekend car and the other a daily runner. They asked for rough annual mileages and so were able to tell that both cars were used equally...Thanks for sharing the post...
