Thanks to everybody for their kind words of advice and support,it really does mean a lot to me.
I,m sitting here waiting for the phone call at the moment when i'm called into hospital for tests and steroid treatment. I've been told it'll definately be one day this week so hopefully once i've had that i can look into a new health and fitness regime. To be honest i need to get fit and this'll be the kick up the arse i need

As for attitude, those that know me will know that this is just another hurdle in what has been a pretty shit few years (collapsed business venture etc)and I'll fight it like all the other problems we've had
