E30's are great cars.
My E30 was a nicer drive than the E36 i had after it.
Thigs to watch are the usual rust that any late 80's/early 90's car suffers from. (Tailgate/arches/round window seals and sunroof) Other than that, its cheap retro motoring. Parts are cheap and still readily available from GSF/Eurocarparts etc...
325iS is the one to go for though, but a 325i touring will be good too. Manual of course.
