Have you got someone to give you a hand? It's not a job I'd want to do solo for the first time. As long as the subframe bolts come out ok it's not technically a difficult job, just a lot of spannering. Also if it's a V6 make sure you take the starter off as the box won't come out of the wheel arch with it attached - and trying to get the starter off with the box half hanging out is a pig.
