Ern if you want to speak to someone from DVLA and don't want to wait. Look for there fax numbers, then ring the number 1 or 2 digits less than it. It worked for me, had a SORN they cocked up on. Rang the number down from the fax one and got the department boss in Swansea. She sorted it out and was a bit pissed at me finding there number out lol.
