started this today using grease remover to get rid of most of the burnt on oil, then red scotch to really shift all of the remaining dirt and tarnishing, then attacked it with the mop and hard compounding head, using some metal polish

took a bloody while as no1 was around to hold the exhaust, so had to kind of use the mop with 1 hand

has come up mint though. there are a few scratches still, but they would be too deep for wet n dry to touch, so will live with them, but the shine on it is immense

will try and get some pics off my phone

is there any sort of product i can use to protect it now that its done? or is it a matter of having to keep at it with autosol etc?
