Default Gearboxman big tooth kit - Noicy

I have the wide ratio big tooth gearkit with bronze forks from gearboxman, and have tried putting it together several times but each time resulting in loud whining noises on 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 5th gear when running. 4th is quiet, so it seems to be the countershaft that is causing the noices (as it is only under load in these gears). During assembly the countershaft spins with ease and everything looks good. The transmission is light to turn around and it doesnt bind anywhere. Are these noices normal for this gearkit? I think it is almost unbearable as it is MUCH worse than a stock T5. I have rebuilt several T5s in the past and they have all been ok, just cant figure out whats wrong here. Have disassembled everything three times now and put it back together each time resulting in the same noices.
Everything else is ok, it shifts perfectly and runs great.
Any experience here about this?

Please excuse my english, I am from Norway.

Cheers Andreas
