Yes this issue has annoyed the CRAP out of me more than once - how hard can it be??? Well, I now know how to do it myself, and let's face it adjusting tracking is as hard as turning a nut. Frankly, I trust myself far more to get the correct toe-in or toe-out than your typical garage. And I've removed steering wheels a few times due to buggering about with Snap-Off kits on the Cossie.

Having said that, my steering wheel isn't quite straight, but given the list of things to do following a reshell, it's not top of my priority list.
