the heads are different as the studs are miss matched due to the efi inlet
fiesta runs a coil pack but you can remove the blanking plate for fit a dizzy
if you can get the rest of the fiesta bits such as loom, ecu etc convert it too mfi as this would be the only real benifit of using the fez lump imo
