you can leave the head standard but you will need uprated valve springs to run anything over 8psi
use the rs1800 zetec inlet with modded fuel rail...ie frst with 803 greens
if your doing cheapish,run an erst manifold with a stg3 turbo/t34
obviously the pistons and rods need sorting
there are so many cheap aftermarket ecu packages it unreal....take your pick
