ive just been having the same problems on a s2 with a zvh and just oil cooled stage 3 turbo, using airtech front mount and rad with the 2 fans on the front of the cooler, the way we made it better was to bag the turbo and cut the top section of the bumper out between the spot lights, with the heat being kept within the turbo bag and slightly more airflow has helped lots, you can actually sit on the motorway with your foot in it and temps are alot better not near the red anymore.
