Hard graft but well worthwhile

Im hoping to get into a new project later this year or next year


My previous flat was fully decorated, new carpets, floored attic and i made £16.500K in just under 18 months, and that was selling straight to my brother so could have easily made more on the market as within my area at the time i was the only 2 bed flat available........ mental note..... dont be too kind to family, fuck em off and make more money
