i had this problem with my s2. i have the airtec rad and intercooler with the fans inbetween the 2. i took the fans out and moved the intercooler back to the rad and put the fans in front of the lot and its cured the problem. i found autospecialists very un helpfull ! all i got from them was 'it shouldnt do that mate'...
