You can. There are a couple of apps, one being the new Tom Tom one. From what I've read the GPS drops out too much to make it worth the £60. Tom Tom are bringing out a cradle that will increase the GPS effectiveness, but I doubt it'll be cheap, and it ends up being pointlessly expensive.
