Agreed 100% Steve. People get carried away doing all the little fiddly jobs or jobs that dont really need doing but would sound good on a spec sheet. Then they run out of money or lose interest cos it never feels like progress is being made and sell up. Im guilty of it too so know its true. Very few actually finish a project in so much depth compared to those who just do the essential work.
