I agree. Going from experience from my old 1.6 there isn't much you can do to get anything noticeable out of it, unless your planning on throttle bodies etc, which can see about 170bhp with the correct parts to go with it. Flog it and get a 2.0 focus, or even an st170 that comes standard with uprated brakes, suspension, thicker anti roll bars, 421 manifold/stainless exhaust etc etc.
