first thing first why do you see the need to balance the bottom end of your lump? what spec are you going for? as this has a bearing on if it needs doing or not, trying to do everything on a project takes the cost and time to do it ott, belive me I have been there with a car that took me 9 years to build..
if it doesn't need it don't do it, this is how so many projects end up being sold on unfinished
