ok so looking to get the bottom end fully balanced on my cossie lump ,

now my query is ,

i plan on buying a new clutch later on at some point

but could they in theory balance my bottom end with my old clutch cover ??

reason i ask is whilst i know they need the weight of the cover to dial in the balance , does it have to be matched to new new clutch ,

after all the lifetime of the clutch is far less than the engine ?

and id assume most clutches are within a given weight of each other ???
