i may be wrong but if your putting the postcode in the address section it wont work. it must be put in the postcode section.... this is about the only thing i can think of.... IF YOU HAVE THE USB CABLE, PLUG IT IN AND PLUG IT INTO YOUR COMPUTER.. GO TO
