is the turbo still water cooled??? these are prone for boiling the water system up when hot/giveing it sum.
also have u pulled return pipe off the water bottle 2 make sure its circulateing?? thermostate houseing could be blocked or the water bottle.
other then that it could be headgasket failure
a case of trial & error mate, haveing simular prob with series 1 atm
Well found my problem today its the intercooler or the fans , put a stander intercooler on today and took it for a driver temp was fine, no overheatig at all. lack of air geting to the radiator!! so geting to hot when driving, and fans just cant get the temp back down.
