ok i have now fixed the washer jets so thats 1 problem down!

i have identified the problem with the fan as well! but unsure how to fix it.

i bridged the plug at the thermostat housing and nothing worked and i checked for power at the bottom plug and nothing. so i put a direct feed from the battery to the plug at the thermostat housing and bridged it and the fan came on, this would lead me believe that there is no ignition live to the fan switch. is that correct?? so if i was to put an ignition live to the switch this would solve my problem?

i dont think its fuse box related as thats allways been a little funny on my car and the only problem its ever shown up is the head lights! i think the problem is more than likely gonna be with my auto electrician friend whos done my wiring and messed something up somewhere!
