been going to the gym 8/9 months 3/5 days a week mixing weights and cardio and i`m quite happy with my progress but i`m starting to lose intrerest

.i`m finding it hard and hard to get motivated togo and train

.i get up for work a 4am


everyday do a 12 hr shift then go straight to the gym from work but in the past month i`v realie lost the interest in going.anyone got any advice to get me back into it
