If he was that "skilled", he would have taken these antics where there would be less danger, ie on a track.
Pity he didn't get hurt, as would have made the roads safer for all for a while at least, maybe a brain transplant could follow, drive on the limit die on the limit, it's just a bet like everything else, but odds are stacked NOT in his favour.
