He will need to disable them when he next jump starts it. The alarm saves its settings when it loses power, so if the alarm is enabled when the battery doesn't give it juice it will reactivate once turned on again.

This leads to the more pressing issue, something is draining the battery if he has to keep jump starting it, you need to track this down.
