I suspect that your experience of drug dealers is probably greatly different to drug dealers who move in the world of celebreties and exclusive clubs etc

Indeed, and not just that you pay over the odds I would imagine, but also that people always pay as they arent short of cash, hence no need for "enforcers" as you put it.
I dont know or care what she was doing, im just saying that comparing her to your local dealer in moss side is probably not very relevant.
