Hey guys ive got three problems with my turbo that are all electrical!!
1: My fan wont work, if i put power to it at the plug off the fan it spin, if i unplug the plug off the thermostat housing and put power to that i can put my multimeter at the bottom and register 13volts but when they are plugged together they fan doesnt work. anyone know whats that about?
2: Every time i plug my headlamp relay in that does the dipped beam the headlight goes out on the drivers side when i remove it it all works fine but i obviously can only flash my headlights on passenger side, anyway i can fix it this? i think its shorting/earthing out on the fuse box!
3: ive had the washer jets rewired, i didnt do it but ive got a wire running from the pump to the back of the stalks but i dont know which wires to pin them into any help would be great!!

as said fan switch but to make sure disconect plug and bridge it if fan works ,switch change time 2 min job
now the lights probaly relay as said but have a good look at the connections inside the fuse box from the top your looking for arking signs there will be signs of it on the relay
will be worth cleaning them up and tweaking the tension of the female conector in the fuse box for the relay i use a fine pick and wd 40 ,give it a spray and use the pick to close the hole up and also to scrape the contacts clean once done try the left relay in right hole and vice versa that should tell ya if the relay is shot its also worth removing the earths wires and cleaning them to
every rs i have ever had as had an issue at some point with lights and there contacts, can be a pain but most of the time its been dirty or bad contacts
