DON'T BUY ANYTHING EBC OR MINTEX!
Best standard set up combo is Brembo discs with Ferrodo DS2500 pads, you cant get better when using the standard brembo calipers. If you want to spend more money get AP 2 piece discs with Ferrodo DS2500 pads, discs cost more but last three times longer than standard discs, they don't warp as easily and they look cool as.

If you want proper brakes, get AP six pots with 362mm 2 piece discs, also with Ferrodo DS2500 pads.
