have you ran the IAW software on it to check for any faults? a sensor failure of some sort is probalby most likely, or an air leak

fuel pressure should be 3.5 bar at idlle with the vac pipe off,
pipe on isnt really relivant, as the figure si totally dependant on engine spec,as this effects manifold depression massively
