Your still ok to send the item as long as you send it special delivery. You can refund them 1p as said above and then the money will be released. Ebay is such a pain in the arse for the seller now and its getting beyond a joke. After selling quite a few items recently, its made me aware of the actual amount of total arseholes that exist. Quite shocking really.
