currently running t34 .63 ,swedish,55 blacks,wasted spark, als, lc.

just fitted stack wide band gauge ,on tickover its reading 14.7.but driving at 70mph 5th gear @3000rpm its reading as low as 11.5 ,as soon as i floor it reverts back to chip and fueling seems to be fine .dont know what to check first i've changed the narrow band but hasen't made any difference,if i drive with the narrow band unplugged fueling comes up to 13ish
any idears where to go now
also went to fordfair and mpg was about 20
